About Us

Swen means "young warrior." It's a newer brand conceived in Lodi, CA with one thing in mind: to offer good clothing with substance behind the design.

The goal is to make something that fits well and eventually satisfies a variety of tastes. 

OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW

It's time to leave old elements in the 20th century. That doesn't mean get rid of what works. But we're in the future now, so let's start acting like it and create something new.

​Being a newcomer to the industry fuels our drive to think harder about how Swen products made, showcased, and received by customers. Essentially, it's a young company with lots of passion -- ready to become a leader in athletic apparel for the new world. 

​Swen's ultimate vision is to have a centralized operation, holding great ideas and resources, creating products made with meticulous attention to detail.

​Current efforts are focused on premiering the Swen brand, filling inventory, trying out different fits, fabrics, and finding ways to improve the materials we have at hand. This involves working with a small but dedicated group of individuals, from designers to suppliers, tailors, and lawyers.

Meet the Founder

Swen was founded by Chris Cisneros in an effort to create a fresh, clean-cut athletic brand with a unique name and an iconic logo.

 The brand itself is a synthesis of styles inspired by high-tech imagery, the sharpness of golf apparel, and the aesthetics of performance wear -- all embedded into everyday clothing. This mixture is aimed at creating a look with universal appeal. No matter what sport or activity you favor, Swen was made to help you look good while you do it well.

​Chris began his athletic endeavor running cross country and track. The vigorous cardio routine helped ease some of the tics he experienced as a result of having Tourette Syndrome. Using his copywriting and design skills, he gradually sculpted the Swen brand, including coming up with the name, logo, and writing the concept for In Good Form (IG4).

​He hopes to work with athletes, ambassadors, and build connections with individuals who can help the brand grow.
