- You will not have to pay additional shipping to receive the exchange or replacement item
You have 30 days from when you receive the item to do a return or exchange. A full refund will be offered for returns on non-sale items. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless noted otherwise.
Exchanges for the same item are allowed, as long as the desired size and color are in stock.
Defective items will be replaced for free, after claim approval and submission of photos highlighting defectiveness. If a replacement for the defective item is not in stock, you will receive a full refund.
