BEHIND THE NAME
Swen means "young warrior." It's a Nordic word. It's also an old word for sound – the idea being that if something is sound, it's good. Think of saying "sound body, sound mind." That's the whole idea.
The logo is a stylized wing.
Brand colors
Swen's colors are white, blue, and red. White for the mind, blue for the heart, and red for the body. Focus all three on your goal and you'll be moving In Good Form.
